Moodymann RBMA Lecture

If you have been in or around London for the past few weeks, you would have no doubt noticed Red Bull Music Academy’s presence in the capital.
Choosing London as host city this year, the past 5 weeks saw music lovers in their element, whether a fan, producer or artist. One of the highlights at the academy are the lectures, bringing in some of the best producers and DJs in the field, they’re invited to speak on their personal music journey and this year’s biggest interview was no doubt Kenny Dixon Jnr aka Moodymann.
Joining Benji on the couch for his second official interview ever, Moodymann spoke about his home town Detroit, his love for Roller Disco, his unique style of producing and the vinyl vs digital debate to name a few.

Wow the Martyn interview is the best one of these I have seen. He really has a lot of interesting stuff to say.
