Shipping Information

We ship worldwide and package our items with care. All orders are sent by recorded delivery (UK) or tracked delivery (Overseas). If you need a fast courier option, please email effie@benjib.com, and we will try to assist you. 

SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIMES

UK Orders:

Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed.

International Orders:

Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item, please put it back in the original packaging if possible and email us: effie@benjib.com
